A factory. We build the stools and chairs in our own plant in the Tianzihu Park, Anji — tube bending, chrome plating, shell moulding, foam and upholstery, and assembly are all in-house. You are welcome to audit it or send a third-party inspector.

Finished chairs. Our registered name includes "Steel-Plastic", which describes our materials — steel tube plus moulded plastic — but we ship complete bar stools, swivel chairs and dining chairs, not loose components.

Counter height is around 660 mm and bar height around 760 mm for fixed stools. Gas-lift stools typically adjust over a 600–800 mm range; tell us the counter or bar height you are fitting and we set the cylinder accordingly.

Our standard stools and chairs are built and tested to roughly 110–120 kg user weight depending on the model. We can test to a figure you specify and arrange a third-party report; we do not claim a certificate we do not hold.

They are built and tested to BIFMA / EN reference loads in-house. For a formal third-party certificate against a specific clause we arrange the lab test for your model — testing can be arranged rather than assumed.

Both. Most of our bar stools use a gas-lift swivel column with a 360° bearing plate (Class 3 or Class 4 cylinder); we also build fixed-height versions where a buyer prefers no moving parts in a high-traffic venue.

It depends on the model and whether they knock down or nest. We design packing to maximise the count in a 40-foot container and give you the exact per-container quantity with the quote.

For stock-colour standard models, production is usually a few weeks after sample sign-off. A new shell colour or a bespoke seat adds a sampling window, which we state in the quote rather than discovering later.

Yes — adjustable and fixed-height bar tables in finishes to match the stool bases, so a venue can order a coordinated set.
